Introduction
A critical part to becoming a successful leader is having the ability to reflect upon and continuously assess one’s personal leadership skills, styles, and approaches. It is imperative that a leader understands how the aforementioned attributes, emotional intelligence, and communication skills all contribute to the culture and effectiveness of an organization. In order to ensure the success of the Global Delivery Direct (GDD) leader,  a 360-degree evaluation and personal relationship building assessment plan will be utilized. This assessment will include a comprehensive review of leadership strengths and weaknesses, as well as, leadership approaches and styles. The results of the 360-degree evaluation and direct peer feedback (Table 1) will provide the framework for which the self-assessment plan will be generated.
